About Lionel
In his earlier career Lionel was an Associate Director of the Media Information Group, and Company Secretary of PR+CI Ltd. He was Managing Director of Parliamentary Monitoring Services Ltd and of Political Wizard Ltd, and Deputy Chairman of Dods Parliamentary Communications Ltd.
Lionel is also a member of the Government Affairs Group (of which he is a former Chairman), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Affairs (of which he is a former President). He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a Member of the National Union of Journalists.
He has written and spoken widely on the subjects of politics and public affairs. He is author of the Political Campaigning Handbook, and is currently writing a book on Lobbying to be published by Harriman House in the autumn.
